Choosing modal for a sewing project

For a T-shirt, compare jersey weight, opacity, and the pattern's stretch requirement. For a fitted dress or close-fitting garment, test stretch and recovery before ordering full yardage. For a relaxed silhouette, compare drape with a swatch.
