Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed fabric in its original condition. Cut fabric must still be in one continuous piece in the length you received it.

 

Return shipping is on us. Once we approve your return request, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

 

  1. Sign into your account at apcfabrics.org/account
  2. 2. Open the order and click "Request Return"
  3. 3. Select the items and reason
  4. 4. We'll email you a return label and instructions

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, cut into multiple pieces, or used. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is processed.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your fabric arrives damaged or you find a flaw, email us at info@apcfabrics.org with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
